Postage Policy
OzAudio uses a 'Just-In-Time' inventory and due to the nature of this system, deliveries can take some time. Deliveries will generally require 14-21 business days from the date of purchase. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns and Warranty Policy
All products listed are covered by a ONE (1) year limited warranty unless stated otherwise. Products that are found to be damaged or defective upon arrival or dysfunctional within the stated warranty period are to be issued for an RMA (My Account >> My merchandise returns) and to be shipped back to OzAudio at the buyers expense to the nominated address. This limited warranty will only cover manufacturing defects and will not cover user abuse, water damage, physical damage and any modifications made to the product. In the event of a dead on arrival (DOA) product, a replacement will be put on order as soon as possible, however if a replacement cannot be arranged then a full refund of the product cost will be sent. If an item is found to be DOA by the customer, OzAudio must be informed as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving consignment).Items that are returned with clear signs of misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repair, or items that are tested not defective will be declined and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Refunds will be sent via Paypal or Bank Transfer, at the customer's discretion. Note: All warranty claims must be accompanied by an invoice from a qualified car audio installer.
